Hi there! Here’s a little about me…

I am a UX Researcher at Verizon Connect. I work on a global cross-functional team where I explore, define, and build the future of safety for our product Reveal and the vehicle telecommunications industry.

Outside of work, I’m a writer and an artist. Collaborative writing started as an outlet for me and my college friends to stay connected after graduation. It turned into a huge passion of mine, and the pursuit of multimedia storytelling has reignited old passions too: digital art, coding, and playing instruments. You can check out some of that work here.

I have been fascinated with user-centered design since undergrad, in which I studied Computational Media at the Georgia Institute of Technology. My degree taught me about the harmony between programming and design, but I still desperately wanted to learn more about the “why” in design.

This curiosity led me to continue my education at Georgia Tech, where I received my masters studying Human Computer Interaction. My coursework solidified my passion for UX research and spring-boarded me into an internship and full time employment with Verizon Connect.

My true passion lies in research; in uncovering the means by which we can build usable and meaningful technology that is, first and foremost, human.
